Most orders ship via USPS Priority. We use FedEx when it's the better option, and will follow up with you with tracking information when the package is shipped.
At this time we do not like to ship overseas. Shipping costs are prohibitive, and we have found carriers other than FedEx to be unreliable. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are in any way unhappy with what you've received, please return the item in unused condition with tags within 30 days of purchase.

We offer lifetime repairs on all of our gear.
Damage due to manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable cost.
